The job are websites coding, but he don't know anything for coding. He just bidder and hire other freelancers again to work for him with hafl budget. For example: the budget is $1400, then he will hire freelancers with $700.

Why he scam?

He will hire freelancers, but he don't full pay to developer.

I have work for him 5 jobs with all budget is $3000, but he only pay to me $300 and all remaining he run like a mad dog.

He will:

- Remove your Skype nick name

- Not reply any your email

- Changed all password for dev sites, cpanel hosting account

- Refund all money sent to you.
